At Sanlilube, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Accessories and intimate items for hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Our support team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, style, or product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • Allow additional processing time before contacting us
